Brian is the strong silent type that demands excellence from his team and trades. Alongside his wife, Debra, he built Prominent Homes on firm principles of faith, trust and honesty. As he prepares to retire, these traits will live on through our work and service. Don't worry about missing him though, a hardworking man like Brian will find it impossible to completely step away from the business. You may still see him two days a week during the building process or after a home is closed by making sure the Prominent standard and reputation lives on to its highest potential. 

Debra may be semi-retired, but her many years of hard work and dedication have both administratively and financially set Prominent Homes on a good foundation. You will still see her bubbly personality and swooshy blond hair around our office as she oversees the high level details of the office. 

Sam is the youngest of the three Bunting children and studied Architectural Construction Engineering Technology at Conestoga College. When it comes to building science Sam knows the book. His designs are thoughtfully drawn out to maximize flow and space in our homes, while at the same time meeting all our new homeowners' wild ideas. Sam has worked hard to see Prominent Homes grow, and in the process has become a leader in the Haldimand Norfolk homebuilding industry. Being a father of two boys and husband to a super cool wife, Sam knows the importance of a home being a safe and secure place to come home to every day; one you can be proud of. 

Eldest daughter of Brian and Debra, Nettie has finally joined the family business. She brings with her a variety of experience from the communications and not-for-profit industry.

 

You will love working with her calm and caring attitude as you make all those important decisions for your new home. 

 

Jeff, nephew to Brian and Debra, joined our team in 2015. Coming from a project management background in the mechanical industry, he brings with him an expertise and professionalism to get our homes completed. Jeff, aka 'the closer', schedules trades to complete their work throughout the build, ensures our standards and brings our homes to finish with quality and finesse. If there's a problem Jeff can find a solution.

Anne is our office administrator who makes the business run sound and smoothly. Always organizing, always smiling, Anne is an integral member of our administrative team.
